Sparrow Hill
Sparrow Hill is a 35 unit single family residential project in Crozet, Virginia which was completed in the summer of 2020. The site totaled 35 acres, with 20 acres used for home sites and 15 acres reserved as a permanent conservation easement gift to the County of Albemarle. We partnered with Ryan Homes / NVR, Inc. to build the homes. Site work was done by Goodman Contracting and LandStiker Development was the general contractor and developer.
Pantops Way Self Storage
Pantops Way Self Storage is a 5-story, 83,000 square feet fully climate-controlled self storage building which opened in December 2020 in Charlottesville, Virginia. It houses 570 units, has elevators, touchless modern access control and a fulltime staff. LandStriker was the developer and hired EDC as the general contractor. Storage Sense is currently the third party manager.

Albemarle Business Campus
Albemarle Business Campus was a mixed-use project that underwent a lengthy public rezoning process with the County of Albemarle. Currently a public-private partnership is in place to attract a technology tenant to the site.
This site is a mixed use project in an Opportunity Zone, totaling about 15 acres. It includes five separate building pads, including a 69,000 sq ft office building, 10,000 sq ft of retail space, a 100,000 sq ft self storage building, a second 100,000 sq ft office or biotech building and 128 unit multifamily community.
LandStriker is the developer, EDC is the general contractor, Faulconer is the site work contractor and Shimp Engineering was the civil engineer.

ABC Self Storage
ABC Self Storage is a 5-story multistory fully climate-controlled mixed use self storage and retail/flex building which will open in late Spring 2022 in Charlottesville, Virginia. It will house over 700 self storage units, has elevators, touchless modern access control and a fulltime staff. It also has about 6,000 square feet of retail, restaurant or flex space and will anchor the Albemarle Business Campus as its first building. LandStriker is the developer and hired EDC as the general contractor and SAA as the architect. It is the closests modern facility to the University of Virginia.

5 | Row Apartments are an EarthCraft certified 128 unit apartment community situated in the Albemarle Business Campus. They bring a fresh, modern and clean design to a garden style luxury community with attractive pool, clubhouse and other amenities. 5 | Row will feature 100 two bedroom units and 28 one bedroom units. Gaines Group is the architect. KBS is the general contractor. LandStriker is the developer. Construction is underway with units available in fall 2023.
